      Hunting PLC completes sale of Hunting Engineering Limited ('HEL')


Following the receipt of clearance from the European Commission, Hunting PLC
has completed the sale of HEL to INSYS Group Limited which was announced on 12
July 2001.


The sale successfully concludes the disposal of Hunting's Defence Division.
