Directorate Change

 

Further to the Board change announced in the Company's 2014 Half Year Results on 28 August 2014, Hunting today confirms that Andrew Szescila, non-executive Director, stepped down from the Board on 15 September 2014 following completion of his three year term of appointment.

 

In accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, Mr Szescila was paid all relevant  fees, as disclosed in the Directors' Remuneration Policy contained in the Company's 2013 Annual Report and Accounts from 1 January 2014 to 15 September 2014, totalling US$83,074.

 

Mr Szescila will not receive any further payments for loss of office or any other payments in relation to the completion of his term of appointment with the Company.  As at 15 September 2014, Mr Szescila held 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

 

As noted in the Half Year Results announcement, a process to recruit a new independent non-executive Director is underway, with the results to be announced in due course.
