Director's Shareholding

Hunting PLC (LSE:HTG) today notes that following an inheritance of 7,065 Hunting shares by Mr Richard Hunting's wife, Mr Hunting is now the beneficial holder of 743,306 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.57% of the share capital.

In addition, the Company has been notified that following the sale of 105,968 Ordinary shares, in his capacity as Trustee, Mr Hunting's interest in the Hunting Family Trusts has reduced to 1,204,951 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.92% of the share capital.
