Hunting today announces the following share transactions by a Director of the Company:

Dennis Proctor

On 11 March 2013, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Long Term Incentive Plan, Mr Proctor was awarded at nil cost and subsequently sold 207,245 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC at a price of 936.5p per share.

Following these transactions Dennis Proctor's beneficial holding remains at 1,267,097 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.86% of the Company's share capital.
