The Company was today informed that on 21 June 2013 Andrew Szescila, non-executive Director, purchased 5,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 752p.

Following this transaction, Andrew Szescila has a beneficial holding of 10,000 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC.
