The Board of Hunting PLC announce changes to the responsibilities of the     
following non executive directors with effect from 13 June 2000.              
                                                                              
Sir Patrick Brown KCB has been appointed chairman of the Audit Committee and  
Iain Paterson has been appointed a member of the Audit and Remuneration       
Committees.
