                           Block listing application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of,
and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 400,000 ordinary shares of
25 pence each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
100,000 shares are being blocklisted under the Hunting 2001 Approved Executive
Share Option Plan and 300,000 shares are being blocklisted under the Hunting
2001 Unapproved Share Option Plan.
