SENET Appointed for Development of Yanfolila

Hummingbird Resources, the multi asset gold exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that following a competitive tender process, it has appointed SENET (Pty.) Ltd. in Johannesburg, South Africa, by way of Letter of Intent ("LOI") to commence engineering of the Yanfolila processing plant and associated infrastructure.  SENET has agreed to commence engineering services under the LOI until such time as the contract has been drafted and accepted by both parties, thus maintaining the fast track schedule.
