i. 25,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each of HSBC Holdings plc registered in his
own name;

ii. a non-beneficial interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each of HSBC
Holdings plc as  trustee of The Dulverton Trust;

iii. a non-beneficial interest in 4,500 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each of HSBC
Holdings plc as trustee of Kemp-Welch Charitable Trust;

iv. a non-beneficial interest in 27,300 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each of HSBC
Holdings plc as trustee of P.W. Kemp-Welch Will Trust.
