The following announcement amends and replaces the announcement made on behalf of J W J Hughes-Hallett on 24 November 2006 under RNS number 6747M, at 12.14pm. The administrators of the Dulwich Picture Gallery advised of an acquisition of a non-beneficial interest in 2,483 of HSBC Holdings plc ordinary shares as a Trustee when the transaction was in fact a disposal.
