Pursuant to Rule 13.43 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as announced on 1 March 2010, notice is given that a meeting of Directors of HSBC Holdings plc will be held on Monday, 2 August 2010 to consider the announcement of the interim results for the six months to 30 June 2010 and the declaration of a second interim dividend for 2010.
