HSBC Holdings plc 2010 Annual Report and Accounts

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 is now available on the Company's website, www.hsbc.com.

Copies of the document have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, via the National Storage Mechanism which is located at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are expected to be mailed to shareholders on 30 March 2011.
