Transaction by a PDMR

The Company has today been notified that, as previously indicated on 27^th November 2012, Matthew Ingle, Chief Executive, transferred 14,000 ordinary shares in the Company for nil consideration to his adult children.

Mr Ingle holds 3,285,280 shares (0.512% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company).

This announcement is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1)(a).
