Galiform Plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FSA, we would
like to notify the following:

Galiform Plc's capital consists of 633,915,329 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each, with voting rights.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Galiform Plc is 633,915,329.

The above figure (633,915,329) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Galiform Plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
