                      ('Galiform plc ' or 'the 'Company ')

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FSA, the Company
announces that Mr. Will Samuel, Chairman, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares
in the Company at 96.75p per share.

Following this purchase Mr. Samuel now holds an interest in 40,000 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 0.006% of the Company's share capital.
