In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FSA, the Company
announces that Mr. Ian Smith, a non executive director, purchased 23,195
ordinary shares in the Company at 85.5p per share on the 4th April 2008.

Following this purchase Mr. Smith now holds an interest in 33,195 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 0.005% of the Company's share capital.
