Notifications for the purposes of sections 198-203 Companies Act 1985

The Company has received a correction from Ram Trust Services Limited in respect
of an earlier notification pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985
('the Act'), relating to their position at the close of business on 14th
November 2005 which resulted in an announcement on 16 November 2005 being
released. It should be confirmed that Ram Trust Services is an investor in
Hermes UK Focus Fund which has a 4.04% interest in MFI Furniture Group Plc. Ram
Trust Services has no additional position in MFI Furniture Group Plc outside of
the investment in Hermes UK Focus Fund.
