1985 ('the Act'), that at the close of business on 8 June 2006, Hermes Focus
Asset Management Limited and Hermes SLP Limited, had a notifiable interest in
56,584,193 10 pence ordinary shares of MFI Furniture Group Plc (9.0 per cent of
the issued share capital).
