The Company has received notification pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies
Act 1985, that at the close of business on 22 September 2005, Deutsche Bank AG,
and its subsidiary companies no longer have a notifiable interest in ordinary
shares of MFI Furniture Group Plc in accordance with Section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985.
