The Company received notification from Fidelity on 18 September 2000 that, as
at 15 September 2000, FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and
Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries held
non-beneficial interests in 30,461,178 MFI ordinary shares represesnting 5.12%
of the current issued share capital.
