8.625% Debenture Stock 2023 (the "Stock")

Final Redemption

THFC confirms that in accordance with clause 4(H) of the Trust Deed dated 13 November 1993 (as amended and supplemented) constituting the Stock and with condition 2(5) of the Conditions applicable to the Stock, a final redemption of Stock will be undertaken on 13 November 2023 at par and together with accrued interest thereon. 

Payments of redemption monies are expected to be effected either through CREST (in the case of Stock held in uncertificated form) or by cheque (in the case of Stock held in certificated form) on or around 13 November 2023.

Following the redemption, certificates in relation to the Stock will have no further value and should be destroyed or returned to the Registrar, Link Group, Corporate Actions, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL for destruction.
