Sub:     Payment of Interim Dividend for year ended March 31, 2023

Ref:     Letter Ref No. SE/2023-24/46 dated May 4, 2023

We refer to the captioned letter wherein we had inter alia informed that the Board had declared an interim dividend of ` 44 per equity share of face value of ` 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 and the payment date of the said dividend would be Thursday, June 1, 2023 onwards.

In this connection, we wish to inform that the payment date of the said interim dividend is now being preponed and the same would be paid by the Corporation from Tuesday, May 30, 2023 onwards.  

We request you to take note of the above and arrange to bring this to the notice of all concerned.
