This is in continuation to our earlier intimation today wherein we had informed that the Corporation would not be able to convene an Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders and from a good governance perspective, has prepared the 46^th Annual Report of the Corporation in respect of the financial year 2022-23 and Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report for the said financial year.

Further from a good governance perspective, we also enclose herewith an Integrated Report of the Corporation for FY 2022-23, which is also being uploaded on the website of the Corporation for the information of all its shareholders as well as general public.
