The Company was informed yesterday that following the sale of 95,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), Productive
Nominees TTS now holds 2,303,094 Ordinary Shares, representing 31.7 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.

The beneficial owner of this holding is Toscafield Ltd.
