NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS


Hornby Plc (the 'Company') received notification on 11 November 2005 that
Nicholas Cole, Operations Director of Hornby Hobbies Limited, a subsidiary of
the Company, exercised 75,000 options over ordinary shares in the company ('
Ordinary Shares') at a price of 32.7 pence on 11 November 2005.

Mr Cole immediately sold 75,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 210 pence per
share.  Following these transactions, Nicholas Cole holds 5,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.01 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
