Hornby Plc, the international models and collectibles group, has been notified that, on 09 July 2018, Lyndon Davies, the CEO and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 54,006 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37.0325 pence per share.  This purchase results in Lyndon Davies being interested in a total of 596,670 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.476% of the issued share capital of the Company.
