HONGKONG LAND HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')

On behalf of the Company, we wish to advise that Mr Michael Wei Kuo Wu has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 6th December 2012.

In compliance with LR 9.6.13R of the listing rules of the Financial Services Authority (the 'FSA'), the directorship in other publicly quoted company held by Mr Michael Wei Kuo Wu in the previous five years is set out below:

- Hang Seng Bank Limited (a publicly quoted company in Hong Kong)

We confirm that there are no other details in respect of Mr Michael Wu as required under LR 9.6.13R of the listing rules of the FSA which need to be disclosed by the Company.
