Holders Technology, the specialist pcb materials distribution company,
announces that it has experienced significant demand for its core products
during the second half of its financial year ended 30 November 2000,
particularly in the telecommunications market sector.  As a result, Holders
expects to announce a strong trading performance in respect of that year.

The Company expects to make the preliminary announcement of its results on or
around 5 March 2001.
