The Company received notification on 29 December 2009 from Mrs Andre Marcou that, together with her husband, 
she now has a direct or indirect interest in 347,083 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.81 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. 

The Company's issued share capital comprises 3,939,551 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with the Company holding a further 220,000 shares in treasury.
