Holders Technology plc announces that it was today informed that Eaglet
Investment Trust plc disposed of 100,000 shares in the Company on 10 June 2003.
Following this disposal Eaglet Investment Trust plc now holds 563,040 shares in
the Company representing approximately 13.585 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
