'The following replaces the announcement released today 18 February at 15:37
under RNS number 6552H.

The announcement should read, Eaglet Investment Trust plc disposed 100,000
ordinary shares in the Company on 3 December 2002, and not 17 February 2002, as
previously stated.


Holders Technology plc announces that it was informed on Tuesday 18 February
that Eaglet Investment Trust plc disposed 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company
on 3 December 2002.  Following this disposal, the Eaglet Investment Trust now
holds 863,040 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 20.82
per cent. of the issued share capital.
