The announcement incorrectly stated that Mr Rudi Weinreich had sold 6,700
shares: That number of shares had been purchased.

Holders Technology announces that it was today informed that Mr Rudi
Weinreich, Chairman and Chief Executive, purchased 6,700 shares in the Company
at a price of 105p per share on 15 November 1999.
