Holders Technology announces that it has been informed that Mr D Mahony, a
director of the Company, purchased 2,020 shares in the Company, at a price of
90p per share, on 30 July 1999.  Mr Mahony is now deemed to be interested in
6,300 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.16 per cent. of the
entire issued share capital.
