Holders Technology announces that it was today informed that Mr Rudi
Weinreich, Chairman and Chief Executive, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares in
the Company on 20 September 1999, at a price of 85p per share.  The Company
was also informed today that the Holders R W Pension Scheme, on behalf of Mr
Weinreich, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 September
1999, at a price of 95p per share.

As a result of the two purchases, Mr Weinreich is now deemed to be interested
in 2,130,229 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 52.80
per cent. of the entire issued share capital.
