Holders Technology Plc, the supplier of special laminates and materials to the
electronics industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria
Baisdell as Corporate Development Director as of the 21 September 2007.


Mrs Baisdell holds 32,102 shares in the Company and has the following options
over the Company's shares:


15,000 ordinary shares at 90.50p which are exercisable 11/04/2009 to 10/04/2012
20,000 ordinary shares at 133.91p which are exercisable 09/05/2010 to 08/05/2013
