Holders Technology announces that Tony Berman has retired from his position as
Non-executive Director of the company.  Previously Finance Director, Tony Berman
was a Non-executive Director from July 1999 until his retirement in September
2003.  A search is being conducted for a replacement non-executive director and
a further announcement will be made in due course.

The Board wishes to thank Tony Berman for his contribution to the company over
many years and wishes him well in his retirement.
