Holders Technology plc announces that Chairman and Chief Executive, Mr Rudolf
Weinreich, has today sold 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
76p. His shareholding following this sale is 2,051,202 shares, representing
approximately 49.5 % of the issued share capital. Mr Weinreich is selling the
shares for year end tax planning reasons.
