Following the Company's transfer to AIM, Holders Technology PLC announces that
it was informed on 1 November that David Mahony, Non-Executive Director, sold
7,300 shares in the Company at 45.5 pence per share out of his PEP and
purchased 20,000 shares in the Company at 46 pence per share.  These
transactions took place on 31 October.
