25,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Jim Shawyer, Group Finance Director,
under the Company's Employees Share Option Scheme No. 1 (EMS).  The option was
granted on 11 August 2005 and may be exercised at 93.5p per share between three
and six years from the date of grant.
