Holders Technology plc, the supplier of specialised materials, equipment and
services for the electronics and telecommunications industries, announces that
the Company has granted an option over 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company to
Jim Shawyer, Group Finance Director, under the Company's Employees Share Option
Scheme No. 1 (EMS).  The option was granted on 15 March 2006 and may be
exercised at 87.2p per share between three and six years from the date of grant.
