Change of Director Shareholdings

Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), received notification on 17 November 2014 of revised director shareholdings as follows:

Victoria Blaisdell holds 34,102 Ordinary shares being 0.9% of the issued Ordinary shares.  1,149 shares were sold on 17 November 2014 at 37p each.

Rudolf Weinreich has a beneficial interest in 1,851,202 Ordinary shares being 47.0% of the issued Ordinary shares. 529 shares were sold on 17 November 2014 at 37p each.

The Company's issued share capital is 3,939,551 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each with the Company holding a further 220,000 in Treasury.
