Holders Technology plc, the supplier of special laminates and materials to the
electronics industry, announces that the Company has granted an option over
25,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Jim Shawyer, Group Finance Director,
under the Company's Employees Share Option Scheme No. 1 (EMS).  The option was
granted on 10 May 2007 and may be exercised at 133.91p per share between 9 May
2010 and 8 May 2013.
