Treasury Share Transfers

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 23 March 2015 a transfer of 1,430,504 ordinary shares of 6p each ('Ordinary Shares') was made by the Company from Treasury to satisfy awards vesting under the Hiscox Ltd Performance Share Plan.

Following the transfer the Company has a total of 11,215,128 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and a total of 320,701,525 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4.
