UK Sharesave Scheme

We wish to advise that today Hiscox plc allotted 14,283 shares of 5p each at an
exercise price of £0.665 under the Sharesave Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing class of ordinary 5p shares
in issue.


International Sharesave Scheme

We wish to advise that today Hiscox plc allotted 2,857 shares of 5p each at an
exercise price of £0.665 under the International Sharesave Scheme.

We also with to advise that today Hiscox plc allotted 36,064 shares of 5p each
at an exercise price of €1.064 under the International Sharesave Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing class of ordinary 5p shares
in issue.
