Sharesave Scheme

We wish to advise that today Hiscox plc allotted 17,137 shares of 5p each at an
exercise price of £0.665 under the Sharesave Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing class of ordinary 5p shares
in issue.

International Sharesave Scheme

We wish to advise that today Hiscox plc allotted 1,785 shares of 5p each at an
exercise price of €1.064 under the International Sharesave Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing class of ordinary 5p shares
in issue.
