On 23 June 2006, Hiscox plc allotted 35,350 shares under the Hiscox Approved
Share Option Scheme ('Approved Scheme'), the Hiscox Unapproved Share Option
Scheme ('Unapproved Scheme'), and the Hiscox ShareSave Scheme ('ShareSave
Scheme'), as set out below.
