Issued Share Capital update

Following the Company's Rights Issue, which closed on 29 November 2005,
96,376,553 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each have been issued, resulting in issued
share capital of the Company of 391,208,909 Ordinary Shares of 5p each.

The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of 5p
each.
