Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 11 December 2001 that Parsimony Limited and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries has an interest in 5,615,000 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the Company, or 3.79 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
