The board of Hiscox Plc has been notified that Mr Robert Hiscox has
today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 146p per share.
Following this purchase his total beneficial shareholding is 7,559,146
ordinary shares, which represents 5.25 per cent of the company's issued
share capital.
