Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - On 7 April 2013 awards previously made to the Executive Directors and a PDMR on 7 April 2010 under the Company's Performance Share Plan (the 'Plan') vested. The Plan specifies certain performance criteria and, as a result, participants received 39.3 per cent of their original awards. Under the terms of the Plan further nil cost awards were made over the 5 55/89p ordinary shares equivalent to the rolled up dividends between grant and vesting ('Rolled Up Dividends').

As a result the following Rolled Up Dividends were received and are exercisable until 7 April 2020:
